• NAPEO Member in good standing (PEO or Associate Member)
• 3+ years in the PEO industry
• 45 or under by January 31, 2027
• Resume
• Letter of recommendation from immediate/most recent supervisor
• 1 Essay Question (250 words max)
• Personal Statement
